Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor in a Lebanese or similar cuisine restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene, and customer service standards
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage staff schedules and performance
Ensure excellent customer service
Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
