• Lead and deploy retail banking sales teams
• Drive acquisition campaigns in corporate offices & business towers
• Manage MIS, team rosters, and daily performance trackers
• Conduct real-time coaching, KPI tracking, and maintain approval standards
• Coordinate with CIU, risk, and support teams for process efficiency
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit preparedness, and governance
