Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Hiring a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in the construction sector within the UAE. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling cost estimation, tendering, variations, and project budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
– Evaluate subcontractor quotations and progress claims
– Monitor project budgets and control costs
– Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
– Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying
– Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
– Strong knowledge of construction contracts and local market rates
– Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
– Immediate joiners preferred
