Location: Al Bonian Building, 2nd Floor, Latifa Bint Hamdan Street, Al Quoz 3, Dubai

Open Position:

1 – Estimation Engineer (With Valid UAE Driving License)

Key Responsibilities:

– Review and analyze tender documents and project specifications

– Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM projects (hard & soft services)

– Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations

– Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns

– Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids

– Ensure estimates align with company pricing strategies and profit margins

– Liaise with operations and engineering teams for project inputs and clarifications

– Maintain updated records of pricing, suppliers, and market trends

Key Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in FM tendering & estimation

– Valid UAE Driving License

– Immediate joiners only
