Open Position:
1 – Customer Success Officer / SME Liability Sales (Business Banking Group)

Key Responsibilities:
– Source and acquire business clients for various business banking products
– Engage with potential clients through open market, referrals, and outbound efforts
– Conduct onboarding — documentation to platform activation
– Deliver seamless client onboarding experience and training sessions
– Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
– Coordinate with Compliance, Tech, Product, and Sales teams
– Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
– Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports

Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 1–3 years of experience in sales, onboarding, or customer success (preferably in FinTech, Banking, or SaaS)
– Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
– Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot)
– Passion for supporting startups and SMEs in the digital space
– Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000
