– Proven experience as an IT Engineer / NOC Engineer.
– Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
– Hands-on experience with servers and systems (Windows/Linux).
– Familiarity with monitoring tools (network & server monitoring).
– Basic understanding of incident, problem, and change management.
– Ability to work independently during evening shifts.
– Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
