Emirates Link is seeking experienced and motivated HSE Officers to join our team on major infrastructure and construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management to contribute to safe and compliant project delivery.

Key Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
– 5–7 years of proven experience as an HSE Officer within the UAE/GCC region.
– Prior experience with a main contractor in large-scale construction projects, demonstrating strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
– Solid experience in risk assessments, site inspections, incident investigations, and safety reporting.
– NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred.
– Must be immediately available to join.

Key Responsibilities:
– Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site.
– Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
– Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards and client-specific requirements.
– Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and reporting.
– Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to promote a proactive safety culture.
