Job Position – IT Manager
Company Name – RBK Holding
Location: Head Office – Abu Dhabi (Mussafah)
Looking for a highly experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead and manage our IT operations for our Group Holding company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure, systems management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
– Ensure system security, data protection, and cybersecurity compliance.
– Manage ERP systems, software applications, and IT integrations.
– Lead IT projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
– Monitor system performance and ensure business continuity.
– Manage IT vendors, contracts and procurement.
– Provide technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
– Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
– 8–12+ years of experience in IT management or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.
– Experience with ERP systems and enterprise IT environments.
– Proven leadership and team management skills.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
Preferred Profile:
– Experience in multi-company / holding structure.
– Knowledge of UAE compliance and IT standards.
