Job Position – Safety Officer

Qualified and experienced to join our team for ongoing and upcoming building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong on-site experience in enforcing health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and promoting a culture of safety across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures on-site

-Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards

-Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions

-Ensure all workers follow safety regulations and properly use PPE

-Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions

-Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports

-Maintain accurate safety documentation and records as per regulatory requirements

-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to enforce safety standards

-Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirement (Strict Criteria)

-Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE construction industry

-Strong experience in building construction projects is mandatory

-Relevant safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is required

-Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices

-Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills

-Ability to enforce safety compliance effectively on-site

-Must be currently available in the UAE

-Immediate joiners only (maximum 2-week notice period)
