Job Description
You will drive digital transformation initiatives, streamline operations through automation, and manage our Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate). The role involves overseeing external IT vendors, ensuring compliance with UAE PDPL and CBUAE regulations, maintaining data governance standards, and acting as the internal IT lead supporting day-to-day operations.
Requirements
– 6+ years’ experience in IT / digital / operations
– Experience in financial services (preferred)
– Strong vendor management & communication skills
Ownership, impact, and direct access to leadership.
