Job Position – Senior IT Helpdesk & Asset Officer

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Response Plus Medicals – The largest Pre-hospitalization service provider in the Middle East in urgently looking for Experienced IT Helpdesk & Asset Officer Specialist / Lead for a project in Abu Dhabi. Immediate joiner preferred.
Qualification & Competency:
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science (CS), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or related field
– ITIL certification preferred
Knowledge and experience in:
– IT Asset Management (ITAM)
– SLA-driven support operations
– Documentation and SOP preparation
– Multitasking in enterprise IT environments
– Active Directory (AD)
– Endpoint Management and Control
Relevant Experience:
– 8–10 years of relevant IT experience
– Minimum 3–4 years in a similar role
