• Collaborate with store teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities for Butchery:

• Manage meat product inventory and quality.
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Maintain supplier relationships.
• Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure operational efficiency within the butchery section.

Job Responsibilities for Fishery:

• Oversee seafood inventory levels and quality control.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships.
• Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities for Bakery:

• Manage bakery product inventory and quality.
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Maintain supplier relationships.

• Ensure operational efficiency within the bakery section.

Job Responsibilities for Roastery:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years in retail industry, with experience in the relevant section.

• Knowledge of quality standards and inventory management for the respective section.
