Responsibilities:

1. Estimate and prepare budgets for MEP projects.
2. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
4. Analyze project specifications and ensure compliance.
5. Conduct on-site visits to assess progress and materials used.
6. Collaborate with project managers to control costs and budgets.
7. Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
8. Assess variations and change orders and adjust budgets accordingly.
9. Provide advice on cost-effective measures.
10. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Proven experience of minimum 4 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the MEP industry.
2. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.
3. Proficiency in quantity surveying software’s.
4. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
