-Bachelor’s or higher degree Computer Science/IT stream.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application support functions.
-Working knowledge of Dynamics AX Retail or Dynamics 365 Commerce.
-Working knowledge of setup and configuration of retail services.
-Industry experience in Retail preferred.
-Basic knowledge of SQL queries and concepts.
-Basic knowledge of network topology.
-Should be extremely organized and structured in office work.
-Excellent communication skills. English is the official language.
-Candidate must have work experience in Office 365 collaboration and communication cloud.
