Requirements:

Extensive experience in managing teams of 20+ personal trainers.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A solid understanding of the fitness industry and current fitness trends.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Relevant fitness certification and/or a degree in a related field.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Valid UAE driver’s license (or international, for overseas candidates).
