Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in retail fit-out projects.
* Strong proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
* Deep understanding of construction regulations, building codes, and retail industry standards.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
* Professional engineering licensure (PE) is advantageous.
