The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with a degree in MHRM, MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or a related field.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and payroll processes.
Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in the formulation and communication of policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team are essential, as is a solid understanding of labor laws.
Experience with HR information systems is preferred.
Native Malayalam speakers preferred
