Job Position – Chief Accountant
Company Name – Gulf Land Property Developers
Location : Downtown, Dubai.
Industry : Real Estate Developer.
We are looking for a Chief Accountant to join us at the earliest at Dubai .
Candidate should be professionally qualified , Preferably with Real estate experience with a Real estate developer in UAE.
1) One fully completed accounting qualification – ( CMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA , MBA Finance or any other professional qualification ).
2) Must have handled monthly closing of books , and audit finalization. Sound accounting technical knowledge.
3) MS office skills – Good knowledge of Excel.
4) Some years of UAE work experience., and must be currently based in UAE.
5) Good knowledge of UAE Vat, Corporate Tax.
6) Financial modelling experience – Preferred .
7) Should have been part of successful ERP implementation.
