Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of technology systems, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology supports overall business strategies and goals.
Manage the technology budget, resource allocation, and timelines for technology initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, security standards, and best practices.
Represent the company in technology-related conferences, events, and partnerships.
Requirements:
14+ years of experience in technology roles, with a significant portion in leadership positions.
Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Technology, or similar leadership role in a tech-driven company.
Strong understanding of a wide range of technology areas, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital transformation and scaling technology in a rapidly growing organization.
Familiarity with modern tech stacks, DevOps, and data analytics.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Certifications in relevant technology areas or project management is a plus.
