JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to manage front-line operations, assist customers with remittance and foreign exchange services, and ensure a seamless service experience at the branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Handle customer transactions related to remittance and foreign exchange.
– Provide accurate information on exchange rates, services, and products.
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service.
– Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
– Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
– Support daily branch operations and reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Previous experience in customer service or financial services (preferred)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and systems)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Indonesian language proficiency.
PREFERRED NATIONALITIES: Indonesian Only
