Greet the customer, gather information on the presenting complaint and the history of the presenting complaint and other medical history.
Perform the eye examinations as per the defined 20 step framework to diagnose the condition effectively.
Undertake detailed counseling of the customers on the diagnosed refractory condition and recommend the best refractory solution.
Guide the customers in the selection of frames, lenses, etc. that is best suited for the condition diagnosed.
Undertake the pre & post fitting QC for the lenses to ensure that its as per the standards.
Guide the customers on the usage of contact lenses, specialty lenses, disposables, etc. to ensure that customer is acquainted on proper usage.
Undertake re-examination of the customers presenting with issues on prescribed product and recommend / provide modified solutions as per the requirement.
