Position: Call Centre Agent / Reservation Agent
Date: Tuesday, 10th September 2024
Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Venue: EFS Facilities Service Group, Production City, Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Arabic preferred; English is a must
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Call Centre/BPO
  • Reservation Agents should have experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries with accurate information
  • Energetic and able to provide first-call resolution (FCR)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide logical, lasting solutions
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately and ensure a timely response
