1) AC Technician
Job Requirements:

• Experienced in VRF System Split AC Unit, Duct able Split AC Unit and Package Unit.

2) MEP Technician
Job Requirements:

• ITI or NCVT with 6-8 years’ UAE experience in Maintenance of VAV system, chilled water system FCU’s, Exhaust fan, Knowledge in CAFM system, Wiring related with FCU controls.

3) Plumber
Job Requirements:

• ITI with 8-10 years’ UAE experience in maintenance of portable water system, maintenance of drainage system, replacement of WC, Wash basin, bathtubs, plumbing faucets, maintenance of plumbing pumps like transfer pump, booster pumps and knowledge of firefighting system is added advantage.

4) BMS Operator
Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BMS operator, Working knowledge of BMS, HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security system, Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

5) Electrician
Job Requirements:

• ITI with 8-10 years’ UAE experience in maintenance of portable water system, maintenance of drainage system, replacement of WC, Wash basin, bathtubs, plumbing faucets, maintenance of plumbing pumps like transfer pump, booster pumps and knowledge of firefighting system is added advantage.

6) Civil Technician
Job Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of Civil, carpentry and painting and perform related jobs.

7) Multiskilled Technician
Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years similar experience in Electrical Maintenance(Troubleshooting and rectification of Controls and Electrical Panels, Capacitor Bank etc..) & UAE/ GCC experience is mandatory, Min. ITI-NCVT Technical or Diploma qualification, Valid UAE DL is advantage, English, Hindi communication are mandatory, and Arabic is advantage. Candidates who can join immediate are needed.

8) Accountant
Job Requirements:

• Experience with Credit control and collection accountability, Valid UAE DL required, Arabic speaker.

9) Full Stack Developer
Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular).Experience with back-end languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, Node.js). Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB), web servers, and UI/UX design. Understanding of code versioning tools like Git.

Work Location: United Arab Emirates

Education: Preferred candidates with relevant degree/diploma holders or (equivalent)

Experience: Candidates possess relevant Facilities Management industry experience

Core Skills: Candidates should have excellent communication skills
