JOB ROLE:
• It is imperative to establish a thorough comprehension of the Beauty industry and its customer base, while also maintaining awareness of the latest trends and emerging brands.

• Oversee the Beauty line by strategizing the product assortment, establishing competitive pricing and promotional activities, and making informed decisions regarding inventory management.

• Collaborate with suppliers to engage in price negotiations, oversee punctual deliveries, and foster positive business relationships.

• Closely observe and evaluate the sales and margin performance of the Beauty category, and implement corrective measures as deemed necessary.

• Collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing, visual merchandising, and store operations to develop efficient promotional and merchandising tactics that cater to the Beauty category.
