Job Position: Group HR Generalist
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
About the Company:
Gulf Group Holding is a well-known, diversified business group in Ras Al Khaimah for the last five decades, operating in sectors such as construction, MEP, hypermarket retail, ready-mix concrete, healthcare, explosives, bakery, motor rewinding, printing, and real estate.

Experience and Role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR d
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR department of a group company handling multiple sectors or experience in recruitment in the construction industry (both white and blue collar).
- Well-versed with employee engagement programs and UAE labor law.
- Proficient in sourcing profiles using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, NaukriGulf, etc.
- Responsibilities include database management, payroll advisories (leaves and letters), manpower planning, job descriptions, performance appraisals, induction and orientation of new joiners, investigations and disciplinary procedures, policy development, onboarding, and training and development.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills (speaking and writing).
