Experience -3+Years
Ideal candidates having very good communication skill, and with more expertise in end-user support in an ITIL working environment, and with sound knowledge in M365 Migration, Office 365 & MS Teams Support, Handon on Remote Support tools, Hardware and Software support knowledge for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Wi-Fi support, etc., Different Operating System support, Asset/Inventory Management, etc.
