– Installing and configuring computer systems, printers, and telephones
– Troubleshooting system, app, and network problems
– Managing and prioritizing multiple open tickets
– Conducting preventive maintenance on desktops and laptops
– Testing and evaluating new technology
– Creating technical documentation and manuals
