Salary: 4,000 – 5,000 AED
Experience: 2-3 years
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in website management, email system management, IT support, and business setup IT services
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of website backend management, including CMS and server maintenance
- Proficiency in setting up and managing email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues promptly
- Familiarity with network management and IT infrastructure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
