Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Cartafella Analytics
L1 for Qatar operations with the following skill sets.
Provide Level 1 support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist with the installation and configuration of end-user devices (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers, etc.).
Basic setup and troubleshooting of meeting room screens and audio-visual equipment.
Handle support requests, log tickets, and escalate issues as necessary.
