Experience in technical support or service desk is a plus.
ITIL knowledge required.
Age: Not older than 30 years.
Must have a car and a valid UAE driver’s license.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Availability to join within a reasonable timeframe.
Package:
Salary: AED 10,000.
Benefits: Visa, medical insurance (including family, if applicable), and annual ticket to the home country.
