Responsibilities:
The IT Systems Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory IT systems, ensuring smooth functionality, and providing technical support to end-users. This role involves coordinating IT projects, maintaining system infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with occasional remote work options.
May require occasional after-hours support for system maintenance or emergencies
