* Well versed with Dubai customs, Dp World procedures, Shipping lines including clearance (E-mirsal 2)
* Co-ordinating with agents, clients, transportation team efficiently
* Solid knowledge in warehousing and logistics operations
* Resolve any customer issues or queries in an effective manner
* Keep & maintain track & record of the stock reports in WMS and
experience in handling independently
* Reviewing the shipping documents- both by Sea & Air freights with
precision
* He/She should have sound knowledge on all modes of shipments
* Minimum 3-4 years experience in UAE in the industry with a valid UAE driving license
* Able to handle the operations of freight forwarding & logistics combined
* A good team player to efficiently support the Sales/Operations department
