Key Responsibilities:
Property Listings Management:
▪ Oversee and update property listings across various platforms and databases.
▪ Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure accuracy and completeness of property information.
Administrative Support:
▪ Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
▪ Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings.
Client Relations:
▪ Address client inquiries and provide support with documentation related to property transactions.
▪ Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Data and Report Management:
▪ Input and update property data in CRM systems and other relevant software.
▪ Generate reports on property listings and market trends as needed.
Marketing Assistance:
▪ Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing materials for property listings, including flyers and online content.
▪ Assist with updating property information on social media platforms.
