Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Emirates Stallions Group
Sector- Construction (Landscaping)
Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE
-A minimum of 5 years UAE experience as an Estimation Engineer/Quantity -Surveyor specialized in landscaping projects.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at the same time.
-Pre-contract experience in quantity take-off, preparation of Bill of Quantities, obtaining quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors and estimation of projects.
-Post-contract experience in preparation of variations orders, cost analysis and budgets for the ongoing projects.
-Review quotations and coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors for compliance with tender requirements.
-Technical skills in Microsoft Office, Candy CCS, AutoCAD (2D & 3D) & FIDIC.
