Key Qualifications:
-10+ years of quantity surveying experience in construction
-Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/related field
-Expert in cost management software (MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera, SAP)
-Strong background in preparing BOQs and cost estimates
What you’ll do:
-Manage quantity surveying for infrastructure projects
-Prepare detailed bills of quantities
-Handle material take-offs and cost estimates
-Lead cost management initiatives
