Our client is one of the largest real estate developers in the #Gulf region. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 to 15 years of experience overseeing community maintenance, conducting property inspections, and facilitating recurring maintenance and special projects.

The primary responsibilities shall include.

– Assisting with owner concerns and complaints, effectively communicating with board members, owners, and service providers.
– Organizing events and activities to bring residents together, creating an ideal atmosphere for families to thrive and fostering a sense of community
