Requirements and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management/ Administration/ Risk Management or Finance.
2. Minimum of 4 years of Risk Management/ Risk Assessment experience in the banking or financial services industry.
3. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements especially of the Central Bank of the UAE regulations
   Risk Analyst
4. Highly analytical and must have strong decision-making skills.
5. Excellent English communication skills both written and
   verbal.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management. 7. Must have exceptional time management and
   organization skills and can work under pressure.
7. Any certification related to Risk Management such as RMP. CRMA, FRM, IRM, etc. would be an added advantage.
