Requirements/Qualifications:

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Management/Business Administration. Master’s degree in Facility Management/MBA preferred.
The Community Associations Institute qualifications- CMCA, AMS, PCAM.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Master Community Management in Dubai.
Needs to have strong knowledge of community management and facilities management both internationally and within the UAE
Master Community level management and governance.
Good understanding of construction and maintenance contracts and administration.
Fire and life safety, building codes and regulations.
