Job Position – Senior IPT Engineer

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing, administering, and troubleshooting various Cisco IPT solutions, including Call Manager, Unity Connection, Voice Gateways, Cisco Jabber, Phone View, Finesse and other associated technologies. This position involves hands-on management of voice and video communication systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively for internal and external communication.
Location : Dubai / Shj
Experience:
Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Unity Connection.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Jabber, Jabber Guest, and Contact Center solutions.
Strong expertise in UCCX Administration, including call routing and reporting.
Extensive experience with video conferencing technologies and Cisco Webex.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony and network-related issues.
Knowledge and experience in managing call recording and billing solutions.
Strong understanding of PRI and Voice Gateway management and configuration.
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing integration experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CCNP Collaboration, CCIE-Collaboration.
