-Strong knowledge of operating systems Windows, macOS, and Linux.
-Experience in installing and maintaining computers, printers and network devices.
-Foundational understanding of network concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
-Knowledge of basic information security principles and security procedures.
-Provide technical support to users by phone, email, or in person.
-Resolve complex technical problems related to hardware, software, and networks.
-Manage and follow up on the technical support system and ensure quick resolution.
-Provide training and technical support to users on how to use hardware and software.
-Create and update user guides and procedures.
-Work closely with other IT team members to ensure integrated technical services.
-Escalate more complicated issues to specialized teams when necessary.
-Participate in IT projects related to system and infrastructure upgrades.
