Job Position – System Administrator- end user support

Company Name – Finesse Global

Location – Dubai

Duties:
– Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
– Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
– Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
– Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations
– Monitor and optimize system resources, such as memory, storage, and network bandwidth
– Update system documentation and procedures
– Ensure the security of systems and networks by installing and configuring security measures, such as
firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools
System Administrator
– Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
– Inventory management maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software
assets.
– Licensing management: Ensuring that all software is properly licensed and that the organization is in
compliance with software licensing agreements.
– Managing the purchase and deployment of new hardware and software assets.
– Monitoring and meeting rooms and checkup device status and testing devices
