Open Position:
1 – FM Supervisor (Electrical / Mechanical)

Key Requirements:
– 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in facilities maintenance, especially in FM companies
– Experience in managing commercial buildings/towers
– Knowledge of local authority rules and compliance
– Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
– CAFM knowledge preferred
– Immediate joiners only
– Valid UAE driving license preferred
