Qualifications & Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support & Microsoft system administration
– Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365 Admin Center, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune)
– Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
– Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, system security, and endpoint management
– Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
