About the Role
Hiring a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage Windows servers, network infrastructure, and on-site IT operations within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
– Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019+) & system monitoring
– Firewall, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN & LAN/WAN support
– On-site & remote IT support across construction project locations
– Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting with documentation
Mandatory Requirements
– 5–8 years of IT Support / System Administration experience
– Proven construction industry experience
– Strong Windows Server & networking expertise
– Hands-on firewall configuration & troubleshooting
– CCNA certification
– Valid UAE driving license
– Willingness to travel to project sites
Preferred Skills
– VMware or Hyper-V exposure
– Basic cloud knowledge (Azure / AWS)
– Familiarity with ITIL processes
