Job Position – IT Asset Controller

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Maintain precise records of IT hardware and software assets through the asset management system.
– Track the asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, which includes tagging, assigning, and auditing.
– Ensure adherence to organizational asset policies and procedures.
– Oversee IT tickets, monitor issues, and uphold service levels.
– Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for asset delivery and receipt.
– Supervise and oversee the IT store.
– Possess knowledge of emerging workplace device technologies.
