Job Position – Senior Financial Controller
Company Name – Robert Walters
To lead finance, controls, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage firm’s financial planning cycle: multi-year forecasts, scenarios, and stress testing.
-Partner with the CEO to align capital deployment, performance targets, and shareholder returns.
-Lead statutory accounts and prudential/regulatory filings under DFSA/DIFC rules (capital & liquidity returns, ICAAP/IRAP equivalents).
-Oversee core controllership: GL, AP/AR, treasury, reconciliations, and cash management.
Ideal Profile:
-8 -10+ years in financial control/finance leadership within regulated financial services (brokerage experience is a MUST)
-Deep knowledge of DFSA prudential requirements, IFRS, and DIFC frameworks.
-Professional qualification: ACCA / CPA / CA (or equivalent).
-Track record running audits, regulatory submissions, and management reporting in fast-paced environments.
