Arcadian Investment, a premier UAE-based industrial investment group, is searching for a high-caliber Group Financial Controller to be based in Dubai.
As an investment group commanding a diverse portfolio of operating businesses—including precast & prefabricated construction systems, concrete, blocks, and steel fabrication
Need a dynamic leader to drive financial excellence across the entire group.
Key Responsibilities:
-Group Consolidation: Command and streamline complex financial consolidation activities across multiple industrial operating entities.
-Treasury & Liquidity: Take full ownership of group treasury management, working capital optimization, and corporate cash flows.
-Financial Governance: Oversee pristine group financial reporting in strict compliance with IFRS standards and UAE regulations.
-System Integration: Drive operational efficiency utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to monitor KPIs and financial data.
Who We Are Looking For:
-Experience: 10+ years of robust, senior-level finance and accounting leadership experience.
-Industry Depth: Proven track record strictly within the UAE / GCC Industrial or Manufacturing sectors (experience with building materials, concrete, or steel is highly advantageous).
Qualifications: Fully qualified CA / ACCA / CPA professional.
-Technical Edge: Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is required.
-Strategic Acumen: Strong technical accounting capabilities with a background in complex corporate structures.
