About the Role
VRS Technologies LLC is looking for IT Engineers to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract.
The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide L1/L2 IT technical support
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
– Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment
– Support Windows operating systems
– Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi and networking issues
– Assist with Microsoft 365, Outlook and other business applications
– Provide onsite technical support when required
– Maintain proper documentation of IT support activities
Requirements
– IT-related Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Previous experience in IT Support / IT Infrastructure
– Good knowledge of Windows, networking and hardware troubleshooting
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Candidates available for an immediate start are preferred
– UAE experience is an advantage
