Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – GCG
Location: UAE
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
-Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
-Install, configure, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks and basic LAN issues
-Handle day-to-day IT support requests from users (onsite & remote)
-Install and maintain Windows OS, MS Office, and standard applications
-Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks
-Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
-Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams when required
Requirements
-4–5 years of experience in L1 IT support or helpdesk roles
-Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, printers, and Wi-Fi support
-Good understanding of Windows environments and basic networking
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
