Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise cleaning activities in patient rooms, clinics, ICUs, OTs, and public areas
– Ensure adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety standards
– Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants
– Conduct inspections and audits, including high-touch surface checks
– Manage scheduling, task allocation, and shift planning
– Report incidents and oversee corrective actions
– Collaborate with nursing and infection control teams
– Monitor staff grooming, etiquette, and discipline

Requirements:
– 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare housekeeping
– Knowledge of healthcare cleaning protocols and infection control
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– BICSc certified is preferred
– Arabic-speaking is beneficial
– Immediate availability
